I decided to bring my partner here for our first anniversary and the hotel just went above and beyond! Throughout the booking they kept in contact with me to ensure we all knew exactly what was happening, as I asked them to do the room up for us and add some prosecco! We had a 2 and a half hour drive down to Nefyn and before we left I had a text message from Gwawr, she asked if I had an ETA so that they could put the prosecco in the room just before our arrival to ensure it stayed cold! When we checked in Sally was a great help with us ensuring we had all the information needed! We booked in for dinner at 6:00pm and the meal was just lovely! The portions were bigger than expected but it was incredible value for money and just gorgeous food! Upon check out Gwawr was absolutely amazing, ensuring everything had gone as smoothly as possible! Overall, it was made a very personal stay for us and the hotel was beautiful, the room was lovely, anything needed was at most a couple of minute walk away! The rooms were incredible and they even upgraded us to celebrate our anniversary which was just amazing of them! It was a quiet weekend for us which I would say helped make it that bit more personal! We would without a doubt come back! We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody within a heartbeat!

We had such a special weekend staying at Gwynant cottage, it was absolutely gorgeous inside and a lovely cosy setting for our young family. The personal touches, including a welcome package with drinks and snacks / milk etc was very appreciated after a long car journey with the children and it was excellent to have plenty of towels and even robes provided. The cottage had everything we needed and was very well equipped for cooking too, it feels like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come and stay again, hopefully for longer next time. Lovely 2 night stay in the junior suite for 3 of us. Very convenient for both beach and town , comfy stay and very friendly service. Thank you

Room was large with plenty of space. Great view of the Welsh hills. Cooked breakfast was amazing.
