The Ayres Hotel is a beautifully constructed hotel with lots of architectural detail inside and outside of the rooms. Big shoutout to the manager and staff for being so friendly and attentive to our needs! Access to the highway and surrounding restaurants and attractions was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to others!

Very spacious, renovated room (on second floor) with vaulted ceiling -- which made quite a good impression when we first walked into the room! The television was larger-than-normal (at least 65"), and there was a small refrigerator with SEPARATE freezer, and a microwave, and a safe. The sofa was comfortable, too. For breakfast, the eggs+sausage+potatoes were all prepared and served by a chef! And one morning, he offered made-to-order omelettes -- which were fantastic! The outdoor patio was a great place to enjoy breakfast, overlooking the pool. We will definitely look for other Ayres Hotel properties when we travel to California in the future!

Great experience

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and clean. Check in was very quick. Though they were having a/c issues up front, the staff was fantastic and dealt with it with all smiles. Would definitely return.

The staff here is very friendly and very attentive. Pedro makes the best omelets in the morning. I have 2 cats that travel with me and 1 always manages to hide under the king bed. Maint. Comes to help get her out each time and always with a smile and a laugh. The jacuzzi is wonderful after a 7 hour day of driving

Have stayed here at least 5 times. This time was just ok. The bed was way too soft and my wife and I had to sleep on the edges or it would push us together from sloping inward. It was room 249. Every other time we have stayed here was great.
