Our home instantly transports all visitors to a place of yester-year. A beautiful rustic cabin that is warm and inviting with ambiance to rejuvenate anyone. The kitchen is open for any cook to showcase their talents. It merges with the dining room which allows for romantic dinners or group gatherings. Wrapping around the staircase to a beautiful living room with two patios doors, opening to a large deck overlooking the lower level patios and firepit. Along with the view, you can enjoy the electric fireplace or the roaring pellet stove that warms up any cool evenings. The master bedroom with a private deck and bathroom with a two person whirlpool tub is perfect for a romantic getaway. The other two bedrooms on the main floor are spacious, have closets and deck access. The upper level opens to a recreation room with a pool table, stereo, and 4 beautiful windows with the most spectacular views. The natural light wraps around you, whether you want to snuggle in with a good book or challenge friends to a game of pool. The two enormous bedrooms sleep 7 people in each room with full bathrooms, walk in closets, and personal decks to enjoy some outside quiet time. The lower level offers another large living room with large screen tv for movie night. Also a full bathroom with separate tub to soak your cares away. There are two bedrooms, both have closets and patio access.

The views from any of the 5 decks and lower level patios are breathtaking, giving way to utter relaxation. Imagine a cracking campfire under a blanket of twinkling stars only after a day of adventure, good food, or even just a quiet day at home. The back patio, firepit, and gas grill will be at your full disposal.

This vacation retreat is nestled in a secret pocket of Wisconsin, beautiful rolling hills, trout streams, minutes from the Wisconsin River and short drive to the Mississippi River. We are also a full-service Fishing and Hunting Guide. Our guiding business is Bill's Outdoor Network, Captain Bill Ortiz. We are surrounded by nature, the Richland Community Forest is a half mile away which has 400 acres or hiking trails, horseback riding trails and trout stream running through it. There is the Wildcat State Park, Governor Dodge State Park, Blackhawk County Park all have fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, and cross-country skiing and are all within an hour drive. We are only a hour drive from Madison, Wisconsin Dells, Prairie Du Chien and LaCrosse. The House on the Rock and American Players Theatre are about a 30-minute drive.
