I had difficult time checking in with my SAD dog (service animal). As a retired lawyer, l had to explain to the property team the workings of Ontario law as it relates to service animals. Nevertheless the hotel eventually understood and complied. The hotel is a nice hotel in a very good location and ultimately meets all our news. I will stay here again without reservation.
