Arrived after midnight and just want to get some rest. Desk clerk checked us in and gave us a dirty room with an un made bed, trash in the garbage pales and a dirty bathroom. The room was pretty far from the lobby but we had to take our bags all the way back to lobby to get a new room. If we checked in after midnight and checkout is at 11am, why was the first room that was given to us not cleaned??
The hotel was better than I expected. The beds were comfortable the shower was really hot, the heat worked in the room. The breakfast bread wasn't fresh and there could have been more hot options other than bacon and eggs. I will stay here again.
Overall property was good for the 2 day stay however I called in advance to say I would be in late and it took over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Same when checkout time, no one up there, also room was pretty clean but how did housekeeping miss picking up a piece of someone’s clothes they left behind that was by the sink area when it was bright pink? A couple small pieces of trash left in the room like napkin and bottle cap. The shampoo bottle was empty. Said breakfast was included but who knows where that was because I didn’t see any. Small things that were annoying but was super close to the military base so made it convenient.
The property is very deceiving from the outside - it does look a little basic. Once you go in you can see that everything has been recently renovated. The room was very nice and clean. The decor is really trendy and bright, and the bed was cozy. I would highly recommend!
