The exhaust ventilation in the bathroom/toilet did not work, so the mirror was constantly fogged up and steam and odors were not removed. The frying pan was of very cheap quality and had burnt food residue that was impossible to remove. We waited two days for the frying pan to be replaced.

Baseball Tournament Trip
The lobby often doesn’t have anyone at the desk and it could use a remodeling. The lobby is also very small. However, the rooms were very clean. It was quiet considering the hotel was sold out for the weekend. We did not try the restaurant on site. There are several breweries nearby and downtown Richmond is less than 20min without traffic. There is a hotel mini mart which has a wide variety of snacks and drinks. The only real downside is the hotel only has 1 elevator which is not enough for the size of the hotel.
