A very COMFORTable stay!
Everything was clean and on-par with what we expected. Breakfast was a good variety, and the serving area was spotless, very well taken care of. Front desk was super-responsive and courteous. Would stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. When I filter on hotels.com I expect to see and enjoy what I filter for. Once again, wanted a pool and this one said it had one. Checked in and front desk said pool was unavailable. Not very happy about that, but enjoyed our stay anyway. Breakfast was nice too.

Absolutely would recommend
Check in was easy, the hotel is lovely. Very clean and welcoming. Our room was massive and a great respite from a long day of traveling. The beds were soft - sheets incredible (vs papery and rough). Breakfast was included and tasted great plus there was a gentleman making sure guests had what they needed. Only minor things I noticed: the smell they pump in for their signature aroma or cleaning was a bit strong in the lobby, the music in the hallways could have been turned down a bit (but couldn’t be heard in the rooms so not a big issue), and the pillows are all super squishy which not every guest likes (I love but my husband hates). All those though were super minor and not at all deal breakers for us! 10/10 would recommend and we will seek out Comfort Suites when we travel where possible.

My stay was okay, not great. I was there at Christmas and there were not many other guests. The TV in the room had no signal when I checked in; I called down to the front desk and the attendant came out right away and then spent several minutes trying to get batteries into the remote. I had placed the "do not disturbed sign" on the door, but two housekeepers (neither of whom spoke English and were using a translation app on their phone) were knocking on my door at 9 a.m. as I was about to get into the shower. I asked them to come back in an hour to straighten up the room, make the bed and take out the trash... which the did not do.

Stayed here in Christmas Eve. Hotel was very nice and clean. Room and bathroom a good third size larger than average hotel rooms. Couch table and fridge included. Pool was a little cold, no hot tub fyi. Older British? Man who checked us in was super nice and accommodating. Everyone working the next morning was very friendly too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We used the fitness room which was very clean and spacious as well. We had a great stay!

The outside patio space is very nice. Weather didn't allow for us to use it but definitely would love to next time. Check in was quick and easy. Room is very clean and well laid out.
