There is a water damage/mold issue in this building. We tried several rooms and they all had a damp mold smell. This hotel should not have an 8.2 rating, which is very misleading

I only stayed for one night, but had a great experience. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was good. The lobby, hallways, and room were very clean, and even smelled clean (not like chemicals, just fresh). It was also quiet at night. Perfect for a quick overnight stay!

Arrived and got checked in. Found I’d run out of “social responsibility” (our name to reference deodorant). On a whim, I went to front desk and asked if they had any “sample” toiletries with which to resolve that lack. Desk attendant opened a cabinet door behind desk to reveal slotted shelves from which he offered me a very small stick of “something to get by with”. Very pleased! Excellent property in all the important features…

Place was run down. Did not look at all like pictures on website. Carpet was dirty and the room smelled like a cross between mildew and a boys locker room. We actually had to switch rooms because of the smell.
