My only complaint was the heater in my room. I had to put the temperature High but it still did not heat. However I requested a extra blanket which was given. I slept well after that.

Good Stay But Lacking Attention to Detail
The hotel had a lot of nice amenities. The breakfast great, and the evening reception was nice. The staff and security were friendly and conscientious. However, the small details that you’re used to with an Embassy Suites were missing. The AC in our room didn’t work, so we slept with the balcony door open since it was cool outside which made for a lot of noise. One of the elevators was down, and the cleaning staff showed up at 9am the day we were checking out to ask when we were leaving. It was a good stay but not great.

I would just like to say that my family and myself truly enjoyed this hotel and all its amenities! It was unmatched as far as hotels are concerned. Not to mention the size and cleanliness of the rooms!! We will be back for sure and we live in the same city as the resort!!

Room was not very clean. Dirt on floor in bathroom and on sink. We also went to the front desk and asked for a cover and pillow for our daughter who was sleeping on the pull out sofa and we were told it would be delivered and it never was.

Wonderful stay!
The hotel is beautiful! There is a $10 parking fee per day. The room we got was huge and very well mantained. Definitely stop by the bar between 5:30 and 7pm for their free snacks and wine. The breakfast was really good.

This hotel provided an excellent experience during my family’s six-night stay. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast service was well-organized, with hot and plentiful food. Whenever we needed additional towels or toiletries, they were supplied promptly. Above all, everything was impeccably clean! Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience.

Enjoyed my stay, staff was extremely helpful… paying for parking was a downside but I was given a pass for being a Hilton Honors member. The balcony was small but nice to enjoy the weather. Breakfast was decent and the evening reception was great. Room was quiet and had many accommodations.
