My family came in from out of town. I was staying at a weekly room and to have a nice nicer place and somewhere nice to stay. I booked the weekend at your establishment Saturday night. A group of people asked to get the towels from the front desk for us and she said no she could only give them three so when I went myself, she told me she didn't have any towels and then literally 23 minutes later. I'm walking out and she give another group towels so this frustrated me so bad I checked out and went to another room. My only request is to refund half of my money, I know we stayed there the majority of the day, but her behavior and her attitude were so uncalled for , I don't want to be that person Who leaves a bad review because of one employee who could've been having a bad day I'm not sure what it was. Liked everything except the Sunday breakfast and the faucet in the bathroom sink. The eggs were crumbles of egg and the sausages were overcooked, dried and tough. The other days the egg white omelets were ok. The faucet spout in the bathroom sink is so close to the back of the sink that you can barely get your hands under the running water.

Cleanliness was superb! Hallways smelled clean, room was very clean and tidy. TV was large and channel selection was great. Bathroom very clean and shower head had a mist setting that I loved! Room was very quiet, completely dark, and cold!! I usually have problems sleeping in hotels, but I slept like a baby. They served a hot breakfast which was ok, and coffee was always on deck.

The strobe light in the middle of ceiling is blinding at night if you happen to open your eyes. The parking lot is so inconvenient. Will not be recommending this hotel. The breakfast is horrible!
