The Chilly Reception
The weather outside was in mid 40's with wind. The foyer and hallways were cold. The room was cold, however, warmed up quickly. The water temp in shower did not get hot. The person at the front desk was very, very rude. I had to ask several times for clarity and the rudeness increased.

The check-in process was easy and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. I wish they left the eat-in area open throughout the day as a gathering place for visitors.

This was a last minute booking when our other housing option fell through. It was ok- we all slept and were able to shower and get ready in the morning. However, the room didn’t exactly meet our standards. The AC unit cover fell off and the panel was not responding when we tried to turn it off. We were pretty cold because of this.

Don’t go for the gym
The bed was comfortable. It was noisy when we stayed. Lots of teenagers roaming the balls and bouncing basketballs in their room above us. The gym has 2 rowers and a pull down machine, but nothing else. Won’t stay there again but it was close to where we wanted to go.

This property is decent and they are doing some renovations, but the water from the bathroom sink never got hot. Besides that one thing, the bed was good and overall a good night’s sleep.

Good room, loud AC and Heat units.
I stayed in room 426 this time. The room is fine but the AC and heat units are crazy loud. I woke up so many times I eventually had to turn them off and wake up cold. It was 36 this morning, not very nice.

Never again!
I booked two rooms with a king sized bed and pull out sofa in each room. One room had 3 occupants and the other had 4 occupants. When we arrived, one of the rooms did not have a pull out sofabed. I walked down to the front desk to let someone know and was told they didn’t have anymore sofabeds. She offered a single rollaway bed. I explained to her that we needed at least a double because there were two people that would be sleeping on it. She had someone bring one twin and one double rollaway. We then didn’t have any pillows for the rollaway beds so I walked down to the front desk to let her know. She stated they didn’t have anymore pillows. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she would have one call me the next day because there wasn’t one there. I have yet to receive a phone call. The lack of communication plus booking a specific room and not getting what we paid for has resulted in never staying there again.
