The staff was amazing. The young lady at the front desk was professional and very nice. My room was clean and smelled good.
The HVAC unit was looking like it needed some attention. Only one elevator worked as well and it had a strong smell of cigarettes the day I arrived which was gross.

When i checked in, it was about 9pm and the lady at the desk seemed like she was having a rough day. Wasn’t very pleasant but wasn’t rude either. Just very short with her answers. When I get to the room, it seems like it was under renovation. There were pieces of the boarding on the wall coming off and there was no blackout curtain or blind. When i called to the desk about the curtain, the lady told me that the hotel doesn’t use blackout curtains and that the room comes like this. I told her that it looked like an entire rod was missing from above the window and she said that it shouldn’t be. Never offered to come check or anything. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Eggs and sausage and a waffle maker along with cereal choices. I just assumed there would be more for the price of the room.

The Desk staff was very nice and professional & the room was great. Walked around in white socks and for the first hotel ever, they stayed white. For me, the breakfast of sausage & eggs was fine, but she didn't like the sausage-pork or turkey. I ate hers. Negatives-ice machine broken and bath sink drained real slow.
Worst ice & snow storm in maybe 50 years. Our entrance was cleared.

Roaches everywhere in bathroom could not take a shower…scared to sit on toilet … no sleep thinking will be crawling on us Heater sounded like truck every time it cut on Let receptionist see the pictures because the owner wasn’t there. We’ll see if they respond. I will not go there again hoping they’ll make it right by if they call us
