Second time staying there over the same weekend for the BMFS show. Excellent hotel, great service, perfect location to walk to everything in town. Highly recommend. Rob at the front desk was a great host at check in. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks for a lovely stay. I will return next time I am in Asheville.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The front desk made several recommendations for fun stops on our night out. And confirmed that our dinner selection was excellent. The location is great as the hotel is right behind the main drag so everything is walkable.

The hotel is extremely outdated and unclean. The pool and hot tub were closed. I was charged for parking. I will never stay at the Renaissance Asheville again.

This is our go to accommodation whenever we visit Asheville. Rooms are spotless, the staff are fantastic and it’s a short walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. We get to town and our car never leaves the gated lot.

Easy check-in! The room was very clean, with a nice view of the city, and the walk to Harrah’s Cherokee Center–Asheville was super easy. We’ll definitely stay here again for the next Billy Strings concert!

The room was perfect. Very clean and super comfy beds. Location was ideal for the concert we were in town for as the venue was only a couple of blocks away. The only thing I had a problem with was having to pay for public parking which was $25.00 a night. Parking fees should be discounted or included with your stay.

The hotel is lovely, the room was nice too. The room is rather cold this time of year, considering that a whole wall is window that isn't double paned. This wouldn't be a problem if the heater didn't have loud clanking noises whenever the heat is turned on. It kept us up, so we had to leave the heat off. Also, the restaurant looks like a nice sit down restaurant, but it turned out to be a normal Continental breakfast. Not necessarily a bad thing, but I was expecting something different from the look.
