Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Check-in was a breeze and complete in record time. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included a nice variety of options. I'm not terribly familiar with Jackson and I understand there are some shady areas but this area felt very safe. Would definitely recommend!

My only complaint is that when I checked out and asked for a paper receipt for my expense report, the clerk did not provide one. Instead, she told me Expedia would give it to me. I now have to chase it down from Expedia as they did not email it as the clerk said they would. Just seemed rather odd.
