Large property consisting of 2 beautiful stone cottages located next to each other in the municipality of Rignano sull'Arno, on the outskirts of the Chianti area and only half an hour by car from Florence.
Surrounded by a garden with lawn and flowers, the villa features a gazebo with wooden dining table and lounge area, ideal for relaxing while admiring the splendid views of the surrounding countryside.
At guests' disposal also a lovely swimming pool (10 x 5 m), equipped with parasols, sunbeds and external shower.
On the back of the cottages there is a large outdoor area with fairy-tale atmosphere, children's play area, tables and barbecue where the owners occasionally organize small events. This area can be used by the guests and, upon request, it is possible to organize lunches, buffets or dinners.

Internal Description

Villa le Casine is made up of 2 cottages, and can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms (including 2 loft rooms) and 4 bathrooms (with shower). Two more guests can be added at an extra cost.
Internet Wifi is included. The property is equipped with air conditioning (its use involves an extra cost). Pets are allowed at an extra cost.
Each cottage has 2 apartments for a total of 4 apartments. Each apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
Moreover, in two apartments there are also 2 loft rooms (each with 3 single beds), while in the other two apartments there is a sofa bed (which can be used if necessary).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water only); 1 linen change for bookings longer than 7 nights; house garden and pool maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); gas according to consumption (6.00€ per m3); electricity according to consumption (0.90€/Kw); use of pellets during winter months (50.00€ per day); pets allowed (50.00€ per week for each animal); extra cleaning; extra linen change; other extra services on request (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, cooking lessons, etc.); extra guests (maximum 2 - 150.00€ per person per day). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
