Let's start with the room: You can't have toilet paper in the holder or it gets drenched when you use the shower which wets the room & whole floor. Tiles were cracked and broken in a few places. Had to ask for a fan as no A/C. It was a 3 floor walk up. No drinking glass in room. No desk or chair. Poor breakfast and you must check each table for your room number on a small vase, ours was missing so we searched for 5 minutes. Had to ask for Cressants as they didn't put them out. Slow & understaffed but will do what you ask when prompted.

La gentilezza è inestimabile! Grazie mille!
На побережье в обе стороны локация лучшая. Рядом 2 бесплатных пляжа. Развлечений, парков, аттракционов, водных, кафе, магазинов вокруг полно. Одно из лучших размещений с учётом исторического центра, аэропорта, жд вокзала, экологии, транспорта и спокойствия. Отель на свои звёзды очень хорош: чисто, аккуратно, уборка ежедневная, постояльцы спокойные. В отеле нет лифта, остальное очень продумано: освещение в номерах основное и дополнительное, возможность управлять из 3 блоков независимо, всё действует и при закрытии номера, плоский телевизор с бесконечностью каналов, крутые роллеты можно опутить во всё окно, очень действенный потолочный вентиллятор, идеальная по напору и температуре вода, отдельный душ для ног, чистое бельё, набор из 3 белоснежных мягких полотенец, обновляемая туалетная бумага, вытяжка в ванной, шкафчики, зеркала в ванной и комнате, плечики в шкафу, просторный номер, удобная большая кровать, 2 тумбы, мягкий стул, балкон с 2 стульями. Завтрак шведский стол. Живу пару дней, меню почти не меняется. Но сам набор обширный, выбор есть. Всё пополняют по необходимости, столовая, столы, принадлежности на уровне: почти всё новое, всё идеально чистое, эстетически выдержано. Утром вас проводят к сервированному столику с круасаном. Еда вкусная, можно позавтракать, а не попробовать. И ГЛАВНОЕ: великолепные сотрудники и управляющий Джованни. Все очень учтивы, заботливы, отзывчивы, уважительны, трудолюбивы. Помогают всем и во всём, причём сами замечают возможности. Grazie!!!

Gentili all accettazione ed anche nei modi di porsi. In linea basica, ma senza ascensore, 3o piano e nessun aiuto offerto, no tenda, phon, bidet, tavoletta wc nel bagno. Caldissima camera (ultimo piano) attrezzata solo di pale che non funzionavano. Consiglio: Meglio spendere qualche Euro di piu' ed avere il minimo, a mio parere. Informando prima non si deludoderebbero le aspettative minime di ospitalita'.

la struttura , intesa come palazzina, nulla di speciale, ma il personale si e per noi è ciò che ha contato maggiormente; la cucina ottima davvero: gustosa, variegata, giuste porzioni. situata vicino alle spiagge ma in una via non troppo caotica. Noi ci siamo sentiti ben accolti e coccolati, anche se il soggiorno è stato breve è stato reso piacevole

Отличный отель, цена = качество.
Удобное расположение, несмотря на удаленность от центра. В отеле можно взять велосипеды на 2 часа бесплатно. До моря 5 минут. Рядом бесплатный пляж (между 105 и 106). В отеле включён завтрак( кофе, тосты, мясо, сыр, сок, сухие завтраки, йогурт, джемы, фрукты). Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Если у вас проблемы с языком, скачивайте гугл транслэйт, он работает даже оффлайн. В номере( у нас двухместный) большая кровать, шкаф, стол, стул, две прикроватные тумбочки. Туалет и душ тоже в номере. Есть балкон. Ежедневная уборка. В номере есть полотенца и мыло. Из минусов только то, что под кроватью не убирали, там куча пыли. И кондиционер не работал (но нам это не мешало). Вывод: если мы снова надумаем поехать в Римини, то без сомнений выберем этот отель снова. Цена = качество.

- Prese elettriche vecchie, incompatibili con qualsiasi dispositivo moderno - WC arrugginito; lavandino maleodorante; doccia inesistente (soffione direttamente sul gabinetto e niente piatto doccia); struttura davvero molto vecchia - Colazione troppo tardi (inizia alle 08:00), senza latte nè caffè (solo uno su ordinazione) e con solo un cornetto contato a persona - La fattura rilasciata a fine soggiorno era senza importo... + Letto comodo con lenzuola pulite
