The facility appeared fairly new. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, but lacked amenities. It appeared more business oriented. Instead of a closet, there were a few hangers on hooks on the wall. I couldn’t find a tissue and there was not even a cup for water to swallow a pill. I felt the clerk was less than enthusiastic when I checked in and was absent when I tried to check out. People were leaving their keys on the counter. Out of concern, I went back in to get a receipt and the clerk had a difficult time getting it.

Very clean and fresh. Check in easy, helpful and warm. Room , all though small, is efficient, modern and well supplied. Large television can be controlled by your phone, with instructions easy to follow. Bed, pillows great! Will definitely recommend this property. Note that it’s a bit off the main drag, not in distance but turns to find it, I wouldn’t have found it without the address and GPS!!!

Pros and Cons Pros: The hotel room was in great shape, very clean and up to date. The hotel its self was very nice looking with good hotel staff. Check in was fast and easy as was check out. The beds were very comfortable with a decent blanket ( not just a thin beadspread). The bedsheets wear upscale, crisp yet soft. Cons: The elevators could use a little better cleaning. Breakfast was so so ( offered bananas, yogurt, cereal, hot folded over egg, hot jimmy dean mcmuffin). There was no microwave in the room. No coffee maker. No cups in room for water. The hot water never got really hot but was enough for a decent shower ( I like hot showers in the winter months). Weighing the pros and cons: If we are ever needing a room in Ringgold again this would be our pick for a hotel. Definitely a keeper in our GPS.

Room was modern basic, but very nice. Had what I needed, ample room and luggage benches. Breakfast was ample but lacking in sugar free/ grain free options. I would definitely stay there again.

Skip - not a great place
The room looked ok at first but as you got in there it was dirty. Loved no carpet but clean the floors then. There is not even a cup.in the room. I understand the minimalistic feel but not even a cup is taking it a bit to far. The shower was white so all the dirt and gunk on the walls showed. The bed was visabley broken and leaning to one side. The people upstairs were heavy footed and all you heard was thumping from walking. With no sound insulation the sexcapades of the people above us, were an unwelcome wake up call. We got in late and didn't want to have to switch rooms, which would have been the only acceptable remedy unless we totally left the hotel and we were tired. Overall I would not recommend for the cleanliness or the price.
