Por favor cancelem o pagto. da reserva que fiz com o meu cartão, pois este estabelecimento não fez a reserva e me informou que o apartamento já estava ocupado. Me obrigando a procurar outro hotel que por sorte encontrei vaga no hotel ibis. Espero que resolvam o problema o mais rápido possível para que eu não entre com uma ação na Justiça.
