Servicio al Cliente de algunos empleados muy rudo. La habitation extremadamente pequeña y con un olor desafradable. La caja fuerte esta ba Rota. En el lobby dine Que yo era VIP de Expedia y me diner on Que ellos NO manejaban eso. El jacuzzi no Servia. Muy bueno el Spa. En resumen Nunca mas llegaria a ese hotel.

Great experience! Only 5 minutes from the airport with free shuttle 24 hours which came in handy because my flight arrived around 10pm and departed Medellin around 6am. The concierge arranged taxis for our excursions and the restaurants are top notch with a free breakfast buffet second to none. Super friendly staff!
