Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade. Dining options in the restaraunt very good

The entire holy town of Rishikesh needs an overhauling and transformation like Varanasi has witnessed lately. The same is applicable to this hotel property too! A constant upgradation is a must in order to survive this competitive industry. The reason why Thailand is being preferred over Goa or Kerala by Indian tourists is not monetary only but also has to do with the service quality and facilities.
