I have had the pleasure of staying here at least four times. Always clean, accomodating and safe. There are several restaurants in the area for dinner. Shuttle to airport is courteous and on time.

Solid Hotel near the CVG Airport
The hotel is located near the airport and provides a complimentary shuttle service that can be requested via phone and confirmation of a valid booking for the hotel. My driver was very friendly and provided some good advice on what to see and do in Cincinnati. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which was fairly decent. The food was a fairly standard offering, but it did the job. I appreciated that they had fried eggs - something I didn't have at a hotel breakfast buffet before. My room was quite spacious although somewhat dated. The room was clean and had good amenities. The wifi also worked well. In addition to being located close to the airport, the hotel was within 5 minutes walk to the bus stop that served the airport and downtown Cincinnati and Covington. I had a good stay and would recommend the property to others.

The property was good for a quick overnight, breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. I could hear other guests during our stay but it was not too disruptive.

Room was nice but had an odd, unpleasant smell as did the hallway. Hair dryer was broken so we had to wait for another. Checkin was slow. The staff was nice and accommodating. Housekeeping the next morning knocked at 9:00 to clean saying the information she had was we had checked out. Well look for another place for future visits.

Staff very friendly and helpful, though extremely loud in and out of doors all night. The hotel must have very thin walls because you can hear everything. The traffic outside is very loud. I didnt sleep well at all and when I did I was woke up every little while with loud noise. They also use a very strong perfume-like deodorizer. Its overwhelming.
