This privately owned Luxury RV Lot is set up with a TURN-KEY fully stocked RV that sleeps 8 and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Perfect for families and large groups! The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and there is a Full Size bed in the overhead Bunkhouse.

There are 2 comfy sofas with recliners in the living room, along with a fireplace and large entertainment center. There is a dining table that can be used in the living area and the kitchen is very spacious with ample counter space and is fully stocked with everything you need!

There are gorgeous outdoor furnishings and a park like setting with beautiful landscaping. There is a gas grill, a firepit area and plenty of seating and entertaining area both inside and out! The Lot offers the perfect combination of shade and sun and privacy and comes with a Golf Cart so that you can enjoy everything that River Ranch has to offer!

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate’s River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have unlimited access to all of the amenities at Westgate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!

Additional Services:
Pet Fee $50 one time.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower.

My family really loved the place, it had a spacious and private lot, the RV was clean, beautiful and well equipped and River Ranch was a beautiful place with plenty of activities to choose from.
