The guest above me was extremely loud from literally 1a.m until about 4 a.m.
It sounded like they were playing football above my head. That's not the hotel's fault I understand that. However, when I called the front desk literally around 15 times every call went unanswered.
The Internet didn't work and the pool was closed and breakfast was a joke I would like a refund of half my money the staff was very rude the TV didn't work they had to fix it the ceiling n was had water damage and needs painting
Awful!! Upon checking in there was a sign reading, “Pool Closed.” I was unaware there was a pool closure when booking. After checking in even though I was upset about the pool closure, I arrived to my room. The fireplace and tv remotes would not connect. I went to the receptionist explaining the problems I was having he became maintenance and tried to fix it himself. He brought in another cable box and was unable to connect it to the tv. He changed my room and when I arrived to my new room hoping to relax, the fireplace still did not work and there was no toilet seat cover on the toilet I was very dissatisfied. I explained to the receptionist that the fireplace did not work and his reponse was they do not work they are only for display. I wanted to cancel and get a refund which I was denied the receptionist explained there is a 5 minute window to cancel when first arriving. I was forced to stay and the following morning I checked out as soon as possible and waited to speak to the manager to only receive a 25% refund. I had gotten the room with the jetted tub and paid extra and I did not even feel comfortable to use it. Horrible experience I do not recommend this hotel! Snack room was not up to par with other hotels.

Stafff was very friendly. Pool was under renovation which was one of our main reasons for choosing this place. Tv had lines in it, lock on door was broken, beds were rock hard, pillows were completely flat, enough towels for one person, breakfast was cheerios or a bagel. Vending machine on our floor was completely empty.

There was hair in my hot tub I got the room because of the hot tub and it was hairy and gross

Breakfast is very limited, one day they would have items, the other day they would be not available. There is local restaurants to order and uber eats is able to deliver to door.
