Had a horrible experience the people above made so much noise hard to sleep after having a long day. Woken up at 1130 pm again at 230 am then again at 5 am. Called the front desk 3xs. It was nice and clean just difficult to get rest.

Terrible. Over 3 hrs late in having our room ready to check in, garage was oversold (had to park a block away on the street even though we paid for parking), dirty water (sewer) water backed up into sink when we flushed the toilet, severe road noise kept us up all night, switched room second night but that one hadn’t been fully cleaned, shower door wouldn’t shut. Will never use any Hampton Inn again.

Staff friendly and checking in went through smoothly. Breakfast has variety options which is highlighted. But the shower water pressure is low and soundproofing is poor. The loud noise such as walking, talking and pulling furniture or something from upstairs has been bothered us around 2:00 -3:00 am. Other than that. This is a good place for staying plus convenience location.
