The breakfast staff was rude to other customers. Breakfast on the hotel website states sat and Sunday breakfast is served from 6-10. The staff shut down breakfast at 9 and was very rude to other hotel customers stating they placed a sign stating that breakfast ended at 9. They picked up all the breakfast items before other hotel customers could get any food.

The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very clean as well, and I liked that it was decorated to be festive and in alignment with the holidays. But one thing I did not like was when I arrived it was really hard to find parking I felt like I took the last parking spot in the entire parking structure and what I didn’t like is that I had to pay for parking that was not optimal upon my return because there were cars that were parked outside of the parking structure all the way out around the lobby because there was no more space for parking so I had to park my car elsewhere other than that my stay was very comfortable, but I feel like if you’re going to charge for parking then you should have a guaranteed parking spot in the parking structure.

The room we were given did not have a door that properly locked. Thank goodness I checked. They had a very nonchalant attitude that it would be fine, did not open unless you pushed a little. Seriously?!?! Would you leave all your valuables?!?NO!!!!! Then they said ‘only hotel guests have access it should be fine’ . sorry ladies I do not have that much nativity to think someone would not get in easily, or that another person could not try that was staying. Had to switch rooms and rush. Still missed our dinner reservation with all my husbands family and had to show up quite late. We had limited time with family. Time is the most valuable commodity that you cannot replace and you wasted mine by your negligence, indifference, and incompetence. Do not think I will ever return. I am a Hilton honors member. I will not be using my Marriott bonvoy app much more. Always a good experience with them at any destination. DO BETTER.

Very difficult to regulate the thermostat to a comfortable range it was either too hot or too cold so we just turned it off thank goodness the weather was okay. The other disappointing thing was none of the plugs in the bathroom worked for curling irons or hair dryers. We did report it to the front desk staff

I think this us a fairly new hotel so maybe they beed more time to get ut together. Parking is available in an adjacent structure but entry is very confusing, as was finding my way to the hotel entrance. Both issues could be easily solved with signage. Instead I was saved by another guest who'd faltered the same way the day before. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the interior is very nice. Once in my very nice 5th story room, I noticed the street noise immediately. It feels like they could have used better glass to block some if the noise. Earplugs are a must, at least on t
