Well I’ll start with the good, the layout of the rooms are well done, the rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony.
Now for the rest, the rooms are in dire need of updating. The doors of the neighbours were right beside ours so we could here them loudly coming in and out. The carpets are disgustingly dirty, the walls are damaged and the bed was totally uncomfortable and sagging. There wasn’t even fitted sheets,not even a bottom sheet that was big enough to fold in, meaning that at some point in the night, we’re all sleeping directly on the mattress. I had asked for a fitted sheet at the front door desk and they said that nobody at the hotel has any. What kind of hotel doesn’t have fitted sheets or even sheets that fit?? The pillows were even due to be changed, the hot tub wasn’t working properly - no jets, neither the coffee machine in the common area. Cleaning wasn’t done while we were there. The pool closed at 7:00 pm on a long weekend! And the bar wasn’t open in the evening either. All in all, we were quite disappointed , especially for the price. We were paying extra because it was a long weekend! When checking out, the lady at the front desk said she hoped we had a nice stay, so I had told her that unfortunately it was not to our expectations, and she just laughed at my comment without even asking why, very poor customer service if you ask me. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for the cost.
