The cleaning staff were very rude. I paid a lot of money to be treated poorly. Reception was fine.

The hotel was very very bad I cannot say how bad it was. There was NO TOWELS AT ALL, when we asked for towels they offered just one towel for both of us The flush in bathroom was not functioning; we had to be refill it manually The soap, the shampoo and the hair conditioners were of very bad qualities The receptionist refused to give us an extra key “One for both of us” The kitchen was almost empty: No Coffee maker, No water boiler, No Coffee or tea bags, no enough water glasses There was an old desk in the bedrooms but without chairs They claim that they offer free breakfast, but there was no an open buffet breakfast. It was just a take a way breakfast delivered to the room. In addition, it was fo their choice I believe that hotels.com ought to be more careful in selecting the hotels they list on their website, because this is not good for their reputation. NOTE: WE HAD TO SHORTEN OUR STAY FROM 2-NIGHTS TO JUST 1-NIGHT. CAN WE GET A REFUND FOR THE NIGHT THAT WE DID NOT USE.

الاستاذ محمد رائع دايما وعامل البوفيه سيء
الجناح كان نظيف وعموما اجنحة دوم جميعها رائعه مقابل السعر والخدمه وللاسف ما يعيب اقامتي هو العامل الخاص بالكوفي اقل ما بقال عنه انه غير محترم ولا يصلح يعمل الا في ورشة حداده
