The Liberty Trust has an amazing and welcoming staff who are very hospitable. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed and even asked the kids if they needed anything. The lobby is pristine and well kept. The hotel room amenities were choice selection.
I was truly disappointed though as we had a room that faced the Center of the Square and the noise level was so high that ear plugs would not drown out the sound of partying, yelling, and the occasional misconduct outside the window. I asked to moved rooms, but they were completely booked for the night. I almost packed up everyone and went to another hotel, but it was very late.
I recommend staying at the hotel again, but only if there is a room available that is not on the side of the main entrance.
Pulled up and it was beautiful from front view. The two front desk employees we very helpful and courteous. To the right of building was construction and congregation of people hanging on sidewalk. Room was clean and nice, old antique feel to it but overall good. Went out to dinner and ready for a good night's sleep. Well, that did not go over well. the congregation of people hanging out unfortunately were Roanoke homeless people hanging outside of the shelter. They were just below our room and they hung out being loud all night until the wee hours of the morning. Legit people being loud making noise to 3am. I will not even go into the walk home from dinner confrontation with a aggressive homeless gentlemen while walking with my daughter. What a shame because the hotel was beautiful, Roanoke is beautiful and that aspect is not good for this hotel.
A very clean facility and friendly staff. Good looking bed room and beds.
Restaurant has limited offering. Hotel located at the edge of the developed block with the adjacent lot still under construction.
Hotel itself was very nice. Novel and quaint. Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The bar next door was pretty loud, pretty late. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Liked: Staff & service
Great part of town.
Front room with too much street noise. HARLEYS!!
Neat place that was clean with nice staff. Very loud, though. We were woken several times throughout the night by partying next door. Finally quieted down around 2:00 a.m.
