This is a great place to stay in West Bay. Lots to do, many restaurants close by, amazing beach with prime snorkeling right off shore. The beach and hotel staff are wonderful and very attentive - shout out to Marvin, Joel, Jose, Byron and Marlen! There are many kids and families who stay at this property and the hotel is currently doing some renovations and updating the rooms/balconies and outside structures. The breakfast buffet was really good, fresh foods and coffee each morning starting at 7am. I would definitely book a future stay!

Frankly, I’m surprised this property didn’t get a better rating on Expedia. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Yes, the rooms are a bit pricey, but it felt worth it. The area is safe and the beach is stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean, albeit a bit outdated. The grounds are well kept and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A true stand-out was Edwin. He was working so hard, and always with a smile on his face. He made our trip extra special. The food in the restaurant was really good, but food wise, you can’t really go wrong anywhere in Roatan. We went here for a diving and if you get a chance to dive with JC and Lisa, you will not be disappointed. Lisa is such a sweetheart and the new(ish) divers under her wing and showed us the most incredible underwater creatures, big and small. Overall, a really great stay. Highly recommended.

This place was exactly what I was looking for in Roatán! The short walk to the beach made it incredibly convenient, and in my opinion, this area has the best beach on the island - pristine, beautiful, and perfect for both relaxation and exploration. The stunning location, crystal clear waters and breathtaking scenery made my stay truly unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the ideal beach getaway, whether you want to relax or simply soak up the warm sun and peaceful atmosphere.

Great resort. We were two adults and two teens. The location in West Bay is absolutely perfect—right in the middle of the resort area and just steps from the beach. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with beachside service. The resort’s pool was a great to relax, and the rooftop pool was quiet. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Ideal beachfront getaway with top-notch amenities and service. Thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived and had a view of the parking lot. Upon our first shower the water smells like sewage and was brown in color. IT WAS NOT SANITARY. The staffs response was "That's just the way the water is here". Other hotels next to us did not have this problem. Also the basketball size water heater only kept hot for a total of 30 seconds. We never got clean as this was our only shower and they did not offer to change rooms after asking several times. DO NOT STAY HERE! GROSS

Pros - Staff was WONDERFUL and friendly! Nice beach front! Room was clean! Buffet was good with plenty of options! Cons - The hotel should install places to rinse off your feet when leaving the beach or before entering your hotel/room. So much sand is tracked into the hotel/room because there is nowhere to rinse the sand. The hot water heater for the room was stored underneath the sink in the bathroom. Its capacity was 2.5 gallons. So, to shower, there is enough water to get wet, turn the water off, soap up, and then rinse off. And I am bald. If you had hair your shower would be cold! And I was the only one staying in this room. The room has the capacity to sleep 4. So, there's NO WAY 4 people can take showers around the same time. One other negative - The food at the beach restaurant Cayuco NOT GOOD. I tried it 3 times (I had a coupon for 1 time), and none of the 3 different items I chose were good. Fortunately, there are many other food options within walking distance!!!!
