The side exit door would not close and lock without it being pulled shut hard. Therefore anyone, anytime, could enter the facility without detection. That didn’t make me feel safe.

The room service, staff, breakfast, helpfulness, was beyond compare to me. My toilet was running and they fixed it immediately. The hotel is a little worn. The dining room chairs are the worst I’ve ever seen in a food service, the seat covers are washed to non existence. The carpets old, and my rooms ceiling needs painting.

Hello! We loved our stay, they are nice hotel rooms and cozy and well sound proofed staff was incredibly helpful especially since I’m a wheelchair user who needed to be on the first floor for medical reasons, they accommodated me very well and made sure everything was easy access for me. Pool is nice and clean. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff Sebastian, Ricky and Karlina were all amazing in helping us get our stay figured out would definitely recommend for anyone needing a budget friendly stay!

Staff!!!!! Wow absolutely exceptional and made me and family including the dog feel at home and welcome! There was one day we thought breakfast went later then it did. We completely missed it, the staff was kind enough to still provide me and my family breakfast. I can not thank you enough.

It was dreary, staff was not friendly, they charge $25 to check in early. I've never experienced that anywhere. If a room is available they always give it to you.AND THEY CHARGED TO PARK! You park in their ample parking lot and you have to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never stay here again.
