Great place for a quick weekend getaway
The apartment was perfect for 2 nights in Rochester. The owner was very responsive when we had a few minor issues. Neighborhood was quiet and safe—easy access to surrounding areas.

Fully furnished - easy to move right in.
Communication was smooth and timely with our Host. The house was furnished with linens, small appliances, and essentials to make our extended stay comfortable. Clear instructions were provided, and the Host was always an email away, if we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to us. The off-street parking was a great feature, though I am glad my husband was doing the navigating with our mid-sized SUV; It fit in our designated spot. The glassed-in porch is a fabulous spot for a remote office and Zoom location! I spent so much time out there. All in all, a great Renting Experience.

Weekend stay
The unit was nicely furnished and clean. Appliances, mattresses, couches all appear new. Very comfortable place to come back to after a full day out. Parking could have been better, the parking space for the unit was on the far side of the driveway and was a bit intimidating to back out of in a car (rental) that I’m not used to driving so mostly just parked on the street (not ideal). Overall, a pleasant vacation experience and I would stay here again.

Perfect Home away from Home
From the start we couldn't have been happier with the property or our dealings with the owner. Taus was an excellent hostess helping us get settled for our two months stay at her lovely home. The home is comfortable and clean and a generous welcome basket greeted us upon arrival. I just loved the cute kitchen and the front porch area. The neighborhood is fantastic! Beautiful wide street, walking distance to a park and top restaurants and bars in Rochester. It's an easy drive to other downtown spots or a quick hop on to the expressway to get you to other areas. I was sad to leave and when we come back this will be where I will stay again!
