Quiet but convenient.
Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and polite. As an extended stay many of the guests appeared to be living there or staying long term for work. Area was quiet yet close to food and shopping.

The hotel itself was great. Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom, full size fridge, stovetop and microwave, lots of storage but no toaster. However the biggest inconvenience for us was we didnt find an icemaker in the hotel nor the rooms freezor just an ice tray that really was no help to us

Not as it seems.
From the second I walked in, the entire lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. On top of that, some skeezy guys were hanging out right in front of the lobby door which made a solid traveler like me extremely nervous. The room smelled even worse. Somebody literally right next door was lighting up and it’s all I could smell the entire time. Then, the rooms below me were having a little party and all you could hear was the thumping of music. I got my stuff, and headed to the Home2Suites where I initially should have booked because they never disappoint. It was gross. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for something clean and quiet.

After i was there 2 nites than allof a sudden no cats . So i paid for a week and 2 days in i have to find a place for my cat . And i payed dor the whole nite i thought as i was moving but i could not get it done on time so i was topay one more i CC on ffile i said just yo run it again . I left thi king everything ok. Will they locked me out and would not let me in till i brought them either cash or card card which was in the room BUT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME IN THE ROOM TO GET IT ..I SAT OUTSIDE FREEZING RAIN TILL THE MORNING WHEN MY BANK OPENEDUP. TO GET IN .I HAD TO PAY FOR A NITE THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOM .

The front desk clerk did not smile at all, as she sets the tone for the business. I wouldn’t stay again. We were only in town for one night. They also have one elevator for the entire building. My family of 4 was in room & mind you my daughter is in a wheelchair. We bathe her & she was in the bed. Our lights kept flickering on & off. Then we blink & our room goes pitch dark. Call operator she comes resets the breaker & long behold it happens again. She returns to my room resets the breaker again, this time nothing happens. She has two separate keys to split my family up as there were no other options/ rooms available. Also we’re in our pjs & it’s 10:30pm. No explanation of I’m so sorry ma’am nothing. I’m going to higher up for sure.
