Recently renovated, stayed in room 119. Room was clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini frig and microwave. Great location close to everything.

The woman who greeted us was very friendly and is probably the saving grace of my rating. It wasn't terrible, but just-below good. Mostly because early on in our stay i had opened the fridge to find an open beer bottle of michelob ultra and a jar of mayonnaise from the last person. This made me question how well the room was cleaned (if at all). • The water pressure of the shower was also very low, making it hard to rinse off soap. • The netflix app on the TV didnt work because the TV wasn't properly configured with the wifi. • Drinking water isn't easily accessible either; you're better off walking to the taco bell next door and refilling there. It didn't feel so much like an inn. There isn't any sort of breakfast served while they're under construction. Don't let the grassy photos fool you, it's more like a motel than anything. The overall check in/out process and parking was easy though.

The hotel was not clean with people that looked like they were on drugs hanging out around the building. There was only one person at the counter, and it took forever to get checked in. The room was not nice and had stains on the doors, a phone that was missing all the buttons, and in the middle of the night there were police with their lights on in the parking lot multiple times.

Everything was great. But even though I paid for my room in advance, at check in the charged me $100 fee. Which took all my money I had for food. There was NO mention of this fee when I booked the room or I would not have stayed there.

Cleanliness was about a 7 out of 10. Minus the used hypodermic needle hidden in the toilet paper roll. Please be careful and check your room thoroughly before settling in. I didn’t find this until my last night. There were brown smears on the bathroom light switch and the overall condition of the room looks to be about 10 plus years since any painting or maintenance. The staff was great and very nice and helpful. The area is fairly safe despite the people living in the parking lot. Overall my stay was what it needed to be and was the second most affordable option. I stay here 1-3 times per year and look forward to the day they upgrade the rooms. Not the worst place in town that’s for sure.
