A little rough around the edges

The front desk woman was friendly and welcoming. The problem is she told us there was an elevator when we asked but we couldnt find it. Unfortunately we were on the 3rd floor and stairs are difficult since I had a stroke. The rooms are alright except the air conditioner didnt cool down the room. At least the window was able to be open. Along the steps there were a pile of cigarette butts like someone sits there a lot and smokes. There is a pool there and so.e tables/chairs to kick back. However, the best part is how receptive and polite management is as they said they like the feedback and will look into the issues as a response to a review.

A check and takes too long, flies lurking in the middle of lobby. there is a gaping Gap under the door so any thinking crawl through lizards on the wall. Homeless in near parking lot.

Location was great right off the freeway. Room was mostly clean. If they tried just a little harder on the cleaning it would be about perfect. Not a bad place to stay though. Super close to the casino of that's important to you.

The noise from the freeway even with windows closed was still loud. There was shady looking people hanging out in the parking lot. The screen fell off the window and I wasn't sure if someone had broken into the room. The room smelled horrible! The bed kept moving away from the wall / headboard as I was sitting. The bedding was pretty much just old stained sheets no comforter. It was a last minute choice and I definitely won't be returning.

The hotel is under renovations and the pictures shown on website are of an updated room. Most of the rooms have not been updated. It is not in a safe area. If you get the side of the highway it’s very noisy and good luck getting any sleep.

Great: near freeway, lots of fast food options Not-so-great: long walk to reception. We were on 3rd floor and no elevators. We asked about a vending machine and were told there was none, then found one right outside the office. Shower head in our bathroom could have been a little nicer. It was very high and I couldn’t reach it to adjust it. We were just over-nighting here, so this was easy, convenient, and just fine for us.

The lights in the hallway at night make the inside of the room look like it is morning time all night. If you do not leave the air conditioner on, you have to hear every person talk outside, every car go by, etc. Typical crap construction, built for money, not quiet.

First the staff (only one there) was absolutely awesome. The area was good, outside area seemed nice,parking was easy. The room seemed clean but stunk of either over cooked broccoli or stinking feet or a strange chemical, we couldn't agree. It may have been just cleaned because the toilet seat was wet. The room was a bit run down but cleaned (other than the smell). They are remodeling, hopefully that gets fixed. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. So it was ok
