Please let me be clear; this is my honest opinion about this guest house, spend little more money for hotel and any hotel because this place is nothing like on photos on Expedia, same moment i arrive i contact Expedia because this room i book is terrible and dirty and smells and i book with balcony but owner use balcony like storage for tiles and other cleaning products. Area around guest house is not very good with lots of homeless people Pictures are from 10 years ago and older for sure, balcony door is not closing all the way, you have to carry set of 4 keys with you, building is old with small elevator, its noisy, old beds, small shower like 25 inches, broken tiles and rusty edges so you have to be careful, after first night i complain about room to owner and Expedia this property manager Andrea blocked me Wi-Fi and tv channels and it's really sad to treat guest that way. Not good and please don't believe in photos and some reviews because they are not honest, I pay price for staying there so you don't have to make same mistake. Please this is my honest opinion about this guest house.

Les dames étaient très accueillantes et accommodantes. C’était parfait pour nous, le lit était confortable, l’espace suffisant, air conditionné bienvenu. Bien sûr, la douche est petite, mais bon, ce n’est pas si grave. C’était très calme.

Overall stay was alright. Check in process was very confusing. My email from expedia said check in was available from 8:30am onwards. There was also a note in the same email stating that the front desk is open until 1pm. None of this was actually true... This information needs to be updated. I had a long flight to Rome and specifically booked this place because of the early check in.

The "room" is in a good location. First off, this is NOT a hotel. It is a tiny bedroom in a converted apartment. After a 12 hour plane ride we were dropped off in front of an apartment building with no way to get inside. We stood outside for half an hour waiting for someone to leave to get inside. Then there is another door you must have someone let you in as well. We just kept buzzing people until someone buzzed us in. Threw the Orbitz app we were able to get the apartment door code.to get into the apartment. The owner was NEVER at the apartment. For eight nights we only seen the owner once. Our towels were only swapped out once. Our room was only cleaned once. We were suppose to have a daily breakfast delivered to our room. Never once did we get breakfast. Some bed and breakfast hotel! Two single bottles of water was the only thing we ever received. The floor was so dirty my feet were black everytime I walked barefoot. The walls have never been wiped clean. There was food or something stuck on them near the bed.The bed was horrible! It was springs poking in your back. Like trying to sleep on a pull out sofa mattress. The safe was broken and not usable. The door lock for your room was a skeleton type key. Not very secure. The A/C did not cool the room very well so it was very warm trying to sleep on a bad mattress. After 4 days we had to go buy toilet paper, soap and toiletries. The shower is so tiny you hit your elbows trying to wash your hair. Not recommended at all!

We very much enjoyed our stay at AD Trastevere, such a great location for restaurants & shops. The room was perfect for the 3 of us, with 1 queen and a single. Continental breakfast of coffee, juice and a pastry was brought to our door and served in the room, a nice touch. There is a little bit of road noise, however, it didn't bother us at all. We walked to Castle Sant' Angelo and other parts of old Rome, everything is walkable, which we really like. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for your money.

There was quite a lot of noise in the night from what seemed to be water pipes and the central heating system; one could also hear facilities used. It was also quite cold come the morning though as you go to bed the heating seems to be on.

We found this place to be a great value! We only stayed two nights, but it was comfortable, and close enough to all the offerings of Trastevere. Breakfast delivered to the room was very adequate and on time. It’s a third floor walk up but there’s a tiny elevator, and the folks met us at the door and carried up our bags.

Thank you so much Illaria and Andrea for very good service. The hotel is located in Trastevere, which is very close to all of the historical attractions. The room was clean and they also served breakfast, which is very nice. I would highly recommend AD Trastevere to everyone who wants warm hospitality and very reasonable price. Forza Lazio! :)

Boa localização. Porém as áreas comuns deixam a desejar, principalmente o elevador. O banheiro bem apertado, o local do chuveiro praticamente não consegue movimentar os braços.
