While the staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, this is not somewhere I would stay again. What we enjoyed about our stay was: free parking in the lot, the grocery store right across the street, lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the courteous staff.
That said, the building needs a little work, and the amenities were sub par from what we are used to. The first night we arrived, they had us in the wrong room. My reservation clearly said "queen bed", but the room they gave us had twins. I asked if a queen bed was available, and was moved to a bachelor suite with a queen bed rather than the superior apartment that I had prepaid for. We were moved to the correct room on the second day of our stay, but upon checkout, no compensation was offered for the fact that I spent the first night in a less expensive room than the one I'd paid for.
During our stay in Pomezia, the temperatures were 37-38 degrees Celsius. On the second day of our stay, the building's air conditioning unit broke, and we were without A/C in withering heat for 2.5 days until it was fixed. We got no sleep 2 nights in a row. While not all hotel suites have ovens, this is the first time I have ever seen a pair of hot plates referred to as a stove. The fridge did not work, so all of our produce and milk spoiled. There was no coffee maker, tea kettle, or kitchen linen. The shower had mildew buildup in the bottom, and the water flashed randomly between hot and cold while you were in it.
