For the price this is definitely worth it. I never felt unsafe, there is a police station right next to the building. The workers were very friendly and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere (all the main attractions besides Vatican). There are many food options nearby and shops with basic necessities. You can also request airport transfers if you want. I would stay here again.

Fabio was our host and he was a most excellent one. Don’t let the outside of the facility, fool you. Once you enter your room, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Also, it’s a great way to experience the urban centers of Naples

Close to colosseum and lively neighborhood
Awesome location, spacious and beautiful bathroom, strong AC. Instructions for after hour check in was also clear and it was helpful that there was a drinking fountain right across the street. You really can’t beat the location of this hotel and the service was great.

Cute property, right next-door to a police station, quiet area, the front desk is only there sometimes. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem I had was that the water in the shower didn’t drain until after the shower was over, also they don’t have a place to store your luggage, so you kind of have to manage your time around that. Although they were nice enough to hold my bag for 30 minutes while I went to get a cup of coffee. Five minute walk to the Colosseum, plenty of little restaurants in the area. Overall a nice stay and would recommend.

Good stay.
I’d probably stay here again if I visit, but I didn’t like that check is at 10am, and I had 2 people at different times coming into my room without even knocking just after 9am. If the check out is at 10am, get cleaners in after that time. The shower had nowhere to place the shower products provided, so they have to be placed in the floor. Nice shower though. Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Amazing location.

Great locations for no frills accommodations. It was clean, large enough room for what we needed for 2 people. The shower didn’t drain so well so I had to turn off the water in between shampooing, conditioning and body washing. No microwave. I’d recommend to property staff to add a full length mirror in the room

Definitely would stay here again . Place was clean & staff was helpful. Room was small but I wasn’t surprised. Most hotel rooms in Europe are small .i was barely in the room anyways because I was too busy exploring Rome Being a solo traveler I felt safe staying there . Shower was great . I Read reviews of the toilet flush was weak but it just needs an extra push & it worked fine The noise in hotel wasn’t bad . Air condition worked great especially since I arrived during a heat wave . Location was great. No complaints .

The reception we got was wonderful. We thought we had to just use the codes to get in so we didn’t know anyone would be there to meet us and our host was welcoming and helpful. He asked us if if it was the first time we were in Rome and told us that the area would be busy the next day with the Festa della Repubblica, which was very helpful information because we could plan our day around the street closings and see the parade! The room is neat and clean, but very small. The air conditioning was really helpful in the warm afternoon and then the temperature cooled down nicely and we opened the window at night. Our room faced the park although it is on the ground floor.

This property doesn’t look anything like the pictures. There’s no lobby and hardly anyone works there. It’s a glorified hostel. However, they do have a Comfy bed and it’s walkable to everything you want and need. Do NOT take the $65 taxi service they offer, it’s a ripoff. I got charged an extra $10 on top to add insult to injury, and they just said it’s not their problem. Later I found that taxis charge a $50 flat fee… grrrrrrr

They did a little extra for our birthday’s so this is much appreciated! Rooms were adequate, but sometimes other guests coming and going were quite loud. No in room coffee unfortunately, but had to go to the reception desk. The toilet was difficult to flush at times and had to hit the button up to 10 times for enough water flow. Seems like this needs to be updated. Also, some hard water buildup and mildew in shower, so probably needs a deep clean. Location is very convenient with restaurants, colosseum, public transport.

We stayed here for 4 days and it looks nothing like the photos listed so beware! It’s very outdated and in poor state. We had room number 7 and the bed frame was broken and dipped in resulting in back pain / discomfort throughout the whole trip. There was also an ant infestation and was very noisy at night. Also the shower door was hanging off so the bathroom floor was covered in water after use, the bed sheets were dirty (brown marks and blood stains) and the TV did not work properly. When the staff were there they were friendly and as helpful as they could be and location is good, very near the colosseum. That is the only good thing about this hotel, other than that I would not book and stay here again. There are plenty of other nicer and cleaner places to stay in Rome. Photos need updated to a true reflection of what it looks like now!!!
