Very convenient to main train station, but as a 4star hotel that advertised AC, they refused to allow its use, so it was always HOT inside the room, and the bed was very low and hard as a rock. Also, hot water totally ran out one morning.

Besides the noise outside (garbage), two days they were fixing something and you could here the hammer noises like they where in your room. And I wonder what the criteria for including or not the breakfast. The water kettle wasn’t working. Overall ok

Great location and nice property
The room was comfortable and clean. Great location. There were a couple of things that didn’t work well… the awesome bed only adjusted on one side; the water in the shower was not always hot enough, but we didn’t mention it to management, so didn’t give them the opportunity to make changes. That’s on us. The staff was friendly and very helpful with arranging yours and cars. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable bed & pillows. I reserved their smallest room & found it to be so well arranged & lovely that I'd choose it again. The location is great for access to Termini and walking all around the city.

The Augusta Lucilla Palace is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Rome, and it’s the reason we returned with 3 generations of family after a wonderful stay last December. The location is extremely convenient, close to key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The hospitality here is outstanding, with a warm and welcoming staff who go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and well-cared for. Special shout-out to Jayson and his colleagues at breakfast for their exceptional service and friendly smiles each morning; they truly make the start of each day enjoyable. Maria and the entire front desk team are also incredibly helpful, offering valuable insights and assistance with any requests even helping to navigate a medical concern. Overall, Augusta Lucilla Palace offers a very comfortable stay, and the location and incredible staff are why we were eager to return with family.
