The air conditioner said 16° but it never got cooler than 26°, my wife and I couldn't sleep well because of that. Overall the hotel is clean and nice, but they need to fix their air conditioning

Hotel staff are great! The hotel room itself is a bit old and needs a refresh. Convenient location, short walk to/from Termini station. Has elevators. Lots of dining options around and a really good restaurant just across the lobby with €5 breakfast option and serves really good pasta at reasonable prices.
