Pros: great location next to the Colosseum, reception staff was very kind, rooms are clean & a good size. Cons: not truly a hotel which we didn’t realize. There are 3 rooms total & not always reception on staff. No amenities & no access to rooftop terrace like stated online. It is in a building with other apartments & B&B’s. There is an AC unit in each room, but it was still very hot.

The property is conveniently located to the Colosseum and other monuments. The access was specific to a short window of check-in. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The view from the top of the building was amazing.

Very unique place. The rooms are nice, but bed isn’t very comfortable. Being close to the colosseum the noise level is higher and the outside area is dirty. Otherwise nice place.

Great location
Was worried about finding it, but knew that if we found the colosseum, we'd surely find this hotel. Have to check in by 430 on certain days.....or else! This hotel had a small sign on directory of building and you buzz the receptionist. After that, you get your own key. There is a lift if you need it. Cool room and bathroom.

The staff were amazing from start to finish. All emails were promptly returned with concise answers. Room was great, clean quiet and comfortable with a view of the Colloseum!! The rooftop had some great views, but definitely would be improved with a seating area. No breakfast in the property, but vouchers provided for a restaurant around the corner.

Unit and staff were great. Rooftop terrace had a great view but you had to go with the desk clerk and couldn't stay without them. No chairs. Sidewalk along front of the building had trash and overflowing trash receptacles. Not their fault but was a distraction. Having said that I would definitely stay there again. Restaurants were great. Location Location Location! Can't get any closer to the Colosseum.

Our accommodation was very pleasant, comfortable and clean, the staff was kind and looked after our needs. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is littered with trash and full garbage bins, the locals seem to party and make all kinds of noise until the early hours.

I was very impressed with this hotel, whilst it was small it was big on heart and value. The staff were wonderful particularly the beautiful Christopher at the front desk who was extremely helpful and always had a smile. The room with the voew of the Colosseum was very clean and modern amd felt more like you were at home then a hotel the location was perfect and extremely convenient. We have been travelling 2 months already, staying at alot of hotels and so far this one is defently in the top of the list

Perfect for a short rome getaway. Access to roof top access is also a plus to get your private colosseum background photo. Everything is walking distance. This is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast that you have your bathroom.

Great location. 2 min walk from the metro and only a few minutes from restaurants. We could see the colosseum from our window. The reception was very kind and helpful. He took us to the roof of the building and the view was great! Breakfast was also enjoyable.
