The open ceiling rafters in the room and the large windows to access the balcony were lovely. We could listen to the musicians in the street. The room itself was clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and easy to converse with. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Perfect location
Just returned from a wonderful week in beautiful Rome. We stayed in Condotti Palace Aparthotel, which was lovely. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable, however, the decor could do with being brightened up as it felt a bit drab. The staff in the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Can’t wait to return.

Great location
The hotel is beautiful and just steps from Piazza di Spagna, good restaurants and shopping. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Plaza Novano are also within walking distance.

Great stay near Spanish Steps
Great location right off Piazza Spagna. The front desk and room cleaning staff very friendly. Our room was larger than most European rooms we stay in, but small by American standards. It was very clean, great AC and wireless internet. We even had a little balcony overlooking a courtyard where we could drink a glass of wine at night or coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!
