Perfect location!
The hotel was perfectly located, just minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and so many other gems. I loved the hallway to get to our room. The room itself was very spacious. The shower was very small (there was no way I could shave in that space) although the rest of the bathroom was big. The bed was way too hard for my taste and found that my hips ached when I woke up. Still, it was only for two nights, so it was fine.

Very comfortable stay.
Our stay at Domus Julia was great. The rooms were large and very comfortable. We were a group of 5 with two triple rooms. We had two in one room and three in the other. We were very impressed with the spacious rooms and bathroom. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent as all the major sites were walkable and the subway was conveniently located nearby. Our only complaint was that in one of our rooms the hot water was intermittent in the shower. It would get hot and then go cold after about 30 seconds, then go back to hot. I did not have a chance to let the hotel know, so perhaps it could have easily been fixed. The other bathroom did not have any issues with the hot water in the shower. Another note, you will want to bring your own soap. There was a dispenser in the shower that said shampoo, but that was it.

This hotel was clean. But the building is old and the lobby is separate from the rooms. The phone in the room did not work, the hallway lights only worked on a timer and was always dark, the internet was choppy at best. Every time I had a question I had to walk over to the next building to talk to someone who worked there, the concierge was not 24 Hrs. Being from the US I expected better accommodations. I'm not sure if I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location. Nice staff
We stayed for 3 nights. After the first night we were told we needed to change rooms to accommodate other guests. Used their laundry service to do one load of laundry and bill was $50+ and they did not even dry the clothes. They put a drying rack in the room and turned up the heat in the room.

Great location for walking to trevi fountain
For 7 euros the breakfast could have been better but the location was perfect only a few minutes away from trevi fountain and not far walk from all other monuments and such

Cute and convenient room
This hotel was great. We had everything we needed, the street itself was charming and in a really convenient area. We walked to all of the Rome highlights and never felt like we needed to taxi/Uber. Lots of restaurants nearby. There was only a tiny tv in the room, but we didn’t even need it. The room itself was comfortable, clean and charming.

Located on a narrow dark street, near Trevi Fountain and Barberini metro. We had 3 night stay. Quiet first 2 nights but 3rd night there was an extremely loud private party up the street that kept us awake till 1 am and hotel said they could do nothing about it. Paolo was very helpful with directions and speaks English. High price for an average room. Would not recommend or stay in future.
