I loved this hotel.! Carla the receptionist was very personable. We felt very welcomed by her. We also were able to check in early. As an American air conditioner is a must lol and this hotel had the BEST AC! It got too cold at one point but I loved it as it was hot in Rome during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Only feedback was the A/C room temperature seems to be controlled centrally, had to request from front desk for the A/C temperature to be lowered, as it automatically kept switching back to 25 celsius.

The bathroom had a bad smell because the exhaust was broken, the bath cabin was too small, the water got spilled all over because there was not enough glass closure to keep the shower water off, the marble was full of mold all over… there was dust in everywhere on the room, theres no cleaning manager for sure. very expensive for what it offers!

Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Great balcony and patio options, with delicious breakfast. Located near a train station but 20-30 minute walk from main attractions. Mostly friendly staff with delicious breakfast options.

We had a lovely room with high ceilings and a small balcony. It was very clean and our beds were made every day. Fabio at the front desk was friendly and helpful as well as his female colleague. Unfortunately,,the other middle aged man who wore glasses was rather rude and unhelpful. If you need to stay near the Termini train station, this hotel is a good option.

Our stay in Italy was amazing. The room and the bathrooms were clean. They clean every day. The only thing I can say is in the shower the water doesn’t drain fast enough so it stays in the shower pan for awhile.

We chose Hotel Alpi due to its location near the Rome Termini train station. We were very pleased with our quadruple room and the service at the hotel. The woman who checked us in to the hotel gave us a ton of information about Rome and how to get around Rome. She also gave us many restaurant recommendations. We mentioned that we were Expedia VIP members and she told us to let her know when we would like our complementary bottle of Prosecco delivered to our room. We stayed in a quadruple room which had two separate sleeping areas. One area had a queen bed, the other had a queen sofa bed. There was a large closet and large bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
