Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room needed urgent remodeling. Musty smell in the rooms, walls were dirty and stained. Bathroom smelled bad.

Hotel is located close to main attractions. Room window doesn’t close so street noise is very loud in the room. There is TV in the room but no remote. Bathroom doesn’t have a lock. Reception personnel are friendly but kitchen staff is rude. Breakfast is terrible!

This hotel was fantastic! We had a nice breakfast in the morning and could walk to all the tourist sites. On the way home it was easy to take the Metro Subway. Staff were friendly and we had a great vacation.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were fantastic, it was so close to many main tourist attractions, and it was clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing with wonderful staff too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Rome!

Great Comfortable Hotel with breakfast. Location of the hotel is right in the heart of all the attractions and shopping outlets. All the staff were fantastic. Our family really enjoyed our 5-night stay and could not hope for anything more. Hotel and staff should be proud. Thank you all.

Perfekt beliggenhed. Man kan gå til det meste og ellers kører undergrunden + busser tæt på hvis man skal længere væk. Lille hyggelig hotel med meget serviceminded personale. Vi havde værelse på 5. sal med stor tagterrasse. Ikke specielt hyggelig (gamle møbler og ingen planter) eller luksuriøs terrasse men skønt at kunne komme ud og sidde. Værelset var fint, lidt hård madras. Morgenmaden meget standard men der var det der skulle være og skøn kaffe.

Upon arrival in Rome, we experienced a heatwave. Our hotel room had a malfunctioning air conditioner with an "insufficient coolant" error and a temperature of 28°C. After reporting it to the reception, we were upgraded to another room, but it had the same issue with a temperature of 29°C. We couldn't sleep due to the heat and noise, and the windows wouldn't close properly. The next day, we reported it again, only to be told the air conditioner was working and a technician would come "sometime today." After calling an Italian friend to translate, we finally got a room with a working air conditioner. The staff spoke too little English to resolve the issue effectively, and the new room was also noisy.

Perfekt läge
Läget är det bästa med hotellet, kanske 2 minuters promenad till spanska trappan och nära Trevi-fontänen. Vi gick även utan problem till Vatikanen och Colosseum. Rätt litet rum, men helt ok italiensk standard. Hårda sängar, liten dusch. Frukosten var helt ok, lite bättre än förväntat. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar hotellet absolut om man ska gå runt i Rom till sevärdheterna.
