We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and loved the outdoor area. Unfortunately the outdoor area brought ants which were all in our room. Otherwise everything was great.

Bed was hard as a rock. Air conditioner did not work and they had to bring us a fan. The shower temperature went from cold to boiling every few seconds making it dangerous to jump out of the way of the scalding hot water. Mold in the bathroom. Will not stay here again. Very hard to sleep in that hot room.

The air conditioner was dripping through the light. The ceiling was falling down. The refrigerator was the size of a shirt box and refused to get cold. The hotel interior was very outdated for the price point in comparison to the other hotels in the same area. They did move us to a different room. This was our last night of a trip through 11 counties and this was by far the most disappointing.

We stayed here for one night after taking the train in to Rome. The hotel is located close to the train station so the area around the hotel is not the nicest. We were fine with this since we liked the convenience of being by the train station for one night. I did not feel comfortable walking outside in this area at night so we ended up taxing a taxi to and from dinner. The room was a decent size. However, we asked for 2 beds and only got 1 bed couch bed. The room smelled like smoke. The shower alternated between burning hot and ice cold without warning. The WiFi did not work well in our room. Would not recommend. We liked our other hotel in Rome much better.

High grade Rome hotel near Termini
