Great location. Hotel is not as pictured online, even the awning above the door is broken. Carpets are stained, staff is rude-I requested an extra towel upon arrival in early evening after the tour and was told I was too late. Same thing the next day when there was no towel only the clerk was twice as ride. I did finally get a towel from the cleaning crew. Breakfast is continental style, you need to pay extra for protein. The location is fantastic and the outdoor restaurant options in the area are fantastic. Overall, recommend spending a bit more at one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Excellent location just steps from the Spanish steps. Dinning options walkable from hotel. Rome is very hilly and alot of uphill walking on uneven sidewalks. Breakfast was very nice to start our day.

I stayed at Hotel Gregoria for four nights with two friends, and our experience was truly fantastic. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. Everything is within walking distance—we could reach Plaza de España in just three minutes, and shopping, dining, and a grocery store were all nearby. Whenever we needed a taxi, the staff at the lobby arranged one quickly, and we could hop in right at the front door. Our room was super comfortable and surprisingly quiet, despite being in the center of the city. Breakfast was served at the table rather than buffet style, with a variety of options to choose from, which we really enjoyed. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. We had arranged airport transportation through the hotel, and when our flight was delayed, they quickly adjusted the schedule to accommodate us. Their responsiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Gregoria, and we would love to stay there again when we return to Rome!

The staff were friendly and always very helpful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast included was delicious. The location is great! Close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. A excellent variety of restaurants in the area to chose from. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were so very friendly, it made the stay very comfortable. The view from my room was right towards the street… at the end of our street are the Spanish Steps. Incredible location. Very clean room with lots of closet space. 10000% recommend.

Living the suite life in Italy!

Recommended! Clean and comfortable. We stayed in the suite with the terrace for a family of four adult size people. Large space with cute private patio. This room does have an elevator but a short flight of stairs is needed to get to the room. The staff was helpful with getting luggage to the room and recommended great places to eat and get local groceries and water. About a block or two to walk to the top of the Spanish steps in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated the ac units as there was a heat wave when we visited. Good shower and two toilets. Teens appreciated the wifi but bring your euro outlet converters if coming from US. We took a taxi so we did not have issues with the parking. Great stay. Mornings are very quiet. Wish we could stay another night to enjoy more of the area.
