The staff went above and beyond to help with an issue. They called taxis for us. Help you with the language barrier. On the last day of our trip we had a huge problem. Passport went missing and told us not to worry they will hold a room. What a relief because we had no where to stay. They help relieve the stress of no knowing where we were going to stay.

I love this hotel. It is central, close to the Vatican and the city center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many options, especially when comparing to American hotel breakfast. I had a great stay, Grazie mille.

We really appreciated this hotel. The staff was so nice and we liked our room. The included breakfast was great! The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the big balcony. The only negative point is that we felt unsafe at night when coming back from our outings.

Clean room and good staff services. Breakfast had lots of variety and decent quality. Bed was too hard for our liking and room was small. Noise from street is quite loud and there is little sound proofing between walls and ceiling. Decent location close to metro and Vatican.

Highly recommended! Hotel is very clean, with utilities running well. The breakfast buffet is awesome! So much variety; cheeses, bread, pastry, fruits, eggs, meats, cereals and beverages. Really worth what you pay for. Lastly, the staff is great, very helpful and courteous.

Hotel is walking distance from Vatican which is why I booked it. No iron in room and when asked at reception they said they didn’t have any.
