Perfect location, a walking no more than 100 meters to subway, train and buses since is the terminal, all the famous places in the same area, shopping, restaurants…..very convenient. The hotel is good enough, is clean, it has nice rooms…however no too big, but no too small either, personal very friendly and helpful with anything you need…

Room was in another building than office. More of a room to rent versus a hotel. Hot water heater had issues first night and had to be reset. The next day it was working on and off. If staying more than two nights I would have complained more. Room was clean and nice, very European. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. 3rd floor with small elevator.

Helpful staff that always accommodated us on short notice. Literally steps away from Termini station. Like any other hotel close to a train station, there will sometimes be sketchy characters hanging around outside, but I never felt like I would be in trouble.

I booked this very last minute as my plans changed. I wanted it to be close to the train station so I didn’t have to lug my luggage too far. It might’ve been the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in but it got the job done and I felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Though it is safe environment it felt it was little unsafe. It was only short stay, issues hot Water, had to wait over 5 mins to get hot water each time you turn the tap on and the hot water was not continuously coming. Staff were really helpful though in answering questions and guiding us on the transport and attractions nearby.

It does not feel like a hotel. Feels more like a dentist office that was turned into a hotel. We found traces of wine on our pillow cover as if the bedding had not been changed. Fortunately, we were only there for a few hours, while transitioning to our next location.

No running water in the shower.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from July 31 to August1st, Room# 202. Upon checking in at approximately 11 pm, we discovered that there was no running water in the shower. While there was water available for the toilet and sink, the absence of shower water was completely unacceptable, especially given the hot weather conditions in Rome. The hotel staff attributed the issue to a wider area water shortage, a claim I find difficult to believe given that the problem was isolated to the shower. Furthermore, the hotel was unable to offer an alternative room due to being fully booked. The hotel’s complete lack of responsibility for this matter and refusal to offer a refund is appalling. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I believe that this matter warrants a full refund and would appreciate it if you would address this complaint promptly.

Though the room was nice the air conditioning could barely keep it cool even after they changed the filter, the water pressure was low then better than low again and it could take up to 15 minutes to get hot water then it would be scalding hot and you could not control it. Taking a shower was very challenging.
