I arrived in the hotel around 1000. I intenede to leave my bags with receptionist then come to check in at 1400. The receptionist was kind and gracious. He asked me to wait for 30 minutes as he made arrangement fir the room. Within 10 minutes the room was available and I checked in. He must have realized I was tired after my flight from USA. I stayed for 1 week and enjoyed my stay. This was my second that i stayed in Virgilio. Last May I also stayed for I week. It was a memorable exprience. First time visitirs to Rome or freqquent visitors, this is the best hotel. Close to all major sites, essy to walk or connect bus or train. 5 minutes walk to Roma Terminii.

Lovely hotel, very convenient location as there were loads of restaurants, bars and shops on the doorstep. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and good size. The breakfast options were limited but done the job.

Went on a girls trip, this was our first hotel we stayed at. I’m a little bit of a germaphobe, but I found this hotel very clean, the ac worked great. Staff were super friendly and provided us with info when we needed it. Location wise it was a bit further out but there were public transportation which made it much better, but it was very much still walkable, like to trevi fountain.

I am very happy that I picked this hotel. The location is perfect: 15 min walk to the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and many other landmarks. One block away from Via Nazionale - with shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast place right next to the hotel. The hotel was recently remodeled: it is super clean with very modern amenities. I always have trouble sleeping in hotels - but this one pleasantly surprised me. It’s very quiet and memory foam pillows were so comfortable that I slept very well every night. I stayed there for four nights, the staff was polite and helpful. My special thanks to Emmanuel for his professionalism and kindness. When I am in Rome again, I will stay in this hotel.

We can’t remember there being any issues
Writing this nearly 3 months later. As far as we can remember, the room was comfortable. The breakfast options were good, the check in was good, we stored our luggage with them on our final day, and called us a taxi to the airport when we departed. We had a great trip, the location was good - central, good eating options close by. We would return.
