The hotel was great. We had no issues with the rooms themselves. There was construction going on in the room next door so it was a bit noisy during the day if we were there but we were out most of the time so didn’t bother much. Great rooftop with amazing views for breakfast and cocktail hours. Good location too, only 20 min walk to the colosseum and Spanish steps.

Thank you so much for your support. To be honest I would like to ask for a fully refund because it was almost the weird hotel I have ever seen in my life . Reception people don’t respect to customers and when they miss something they staring with excuses which is unacceptable. The room was clean but smells of 2000 years go inside . Staff inter the room without any knock with I asked them to stop but who cares. Body wash was empty and after I asked them nothing came so I had to buy by myself. Toilet paper . The phone in room not working. There isn’t any information about hotel. Room service is not working ….. and so many things are to talk . I paid for a 5 star hotel but received a 2 or 3 star hotel service. I really don’t know how to deal it with my trust to Expedia service. After we decided to move out(check out) I asked reception to send someone to help Cary my baggage at 11:15 am and I wrote the the time for them but nobody came so went to reception and asked the lady what is going on and she said you asked for 11:50 . Seriously? I had to cay all 6 bags by myself. It’s the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Thank you

El hotel es muy bonito y es una buena opción para estar varios días en Roma. La terminal C del tren no está abierta hasta diciembre así que el metro está lejos aunque los buses paran casi frente al hotel.

the air condition was hardly working, after several call 2 technitians came in different occations they promised to come back and fix it, but neither of them did return or fix it. We prepaid the city tax for all three rooms when we arrived and they charged us again the city tax when we left at 3;30 am before leaving to the airport, claiming we hadn't paid.

The rooms are very outdated, the decor is cheap and tacky. There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling that we reported everyday of our four night stay that did not get fixed. The bed mattresses are hard, the cleaning of the room daily was sub standard we were left with mouldy milk throughout this stay. This really is not a 5 star hotel 2-3 star at best.

Good area to move around. Staff is nice and gentle, but the check in / check out model is too complex for them (reception forgot to give us the key for the length of info they have to provide). the maintenance in common area is needed. breakfast can be upgrade.

We enjoyed the hotel as it was an easy walk into the main areas to visit in Rome. The hotel would benefit from some updating however. The lift felt very wobbly. The Wi-Fi service in our room was very intermittent. We had to constantly re log into the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful- booked us tickets to Coliseum and Vatican. The rooftop bar is delightful; breakfast was great. We booked this room at half price so it was reasonable given that.

First time in Rome
The room in the hotel was great but when our flight landed in the morning straight from the USA & we arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time we requested to have our room ready earlier but the front desk girl didn’t make any efforts to comply with our request. She gave us the room around 2pm & told us that she was doing us a great favor by doing that, didn’t like her attitude. They are expensive & charged us €60 per night for two rollaway beds & €40/ night city taxes on top of their room charges. Surprised by their extra charges
