HORRIBLE!!
Made this reservation many weeks in advance. When I and my family arrived at the apartment the owner refused to come let us in! Told us to find another hotel, which we could not find a vacancy, and had to spend the entire night on the Street with my wife and 2 kids!!!

Totalmente disorganizzato! Il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo, abbiamo scoperto per nostro interessamento che l'appartamento non era più disponibile in quanto già prenotato da un altro sito. Il proprietario è sparito da quel momento, diventando irraggiungibile nonostante l'errore fosse stato suo e avrebbe quindi dovuto risolvere la situazione diversamente. Molto delusi

Helaas ging ons verblijf in la sottana niet door: we werden op de aankomst middag gebeld met de mededeling dat we niet in ons appartement konden vanwege een probleem met de badkamer. We werden naar een bed and breakfast verwezen waar we niet blij mee waren. We hadden weinig keus vanwege het drukke oudejaarsweekend. We moesten ook nog extra betalen. Al met al geen fijns start van. ons lange weekend.
