Heart of the city, could not of asked for a better location. I was given contact info and encouraged to text with questions or to get restaurant suggestions etc. Room what I expected small but new bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay. Brilliant location to piazza navona. Lovely bars around hotel. Hotel more like an appartment. No onsite 24/7 receptionist. Had to call hotel owner on whatsapp when needed help. Check in was difficult without a receptionist just a maid who spoke no English.

Great location but the room we had was not what we expected nor were the pictures on Hotel .com representative of what our room was like. Alessandro was very accomodating but I must warn you that there is no elevator in the building. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who can not take their suitcases up two or three flights of stairs. On our last night of our stay we were kept up until three in the morning by noise coming from a small store or tavern right outside our room window. Needless to say we were exhausted the next day. Again the location is great but the other factors that I mentioned really affected the rating I am giving this hotel.

Convenient and clean
This is not your typical Hotel. When we first arrived we had to ring a bell and the guy came and open the door. This basically is a building that has condos in it. I'm guessing the owner bought a couple of units and turned them into a mini hotel. When we first entered I was a little leery. You walk through the door into a common hallway which is old and dreary, then up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator). Once we entered the unit and checked in I felt more comfortable with the situation. Our room was very nice,comfy bed, big armoire, safe, mini refrigerator stocked with water, juice, wine and beer and a decent size bathroom with normal shower. There us no room service, the owner leaves around 5ish so there is no one there at night but e dies leave a number for any emergencies. We had no issues do I didn't see this being a big deal. We thought the location was great, probably no more than a mile walk to any major attraction and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants around. If your looking for a clean, comfortable,great location and reasonably priced place to stay, then I would definitely recommend!

Great location, comfortable and cozy room..
The location is within walking distance to most of what Rome has to offer. The Vatican is a 15 minute walk and the Coliseum is approximately a 35 minute walk. The neighborhood is safe with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room is cozy with modern amenities and a comfortable bed, which makes a difference after a long day of sight seeing. Overall,the place is great and I would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Superb Location. Large room
We walked to all Rome highlights from the hotel. It does not have sign on and hallways and stairs are pretty scruffy, but once we got to the room we were pleasantly surprised. Typically in hotels lobby and public areas are fancy but once you get to the room it is small and bathroom is even smaller especially in Rome. This gem is opposite. You get large clean room, large bathroom, comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. Very nice shampoos and soaps, awesome shower. I didn't expect any of it for the price and location.

Hotel is up lots of stairs and no lift but no problem for us to carry bags. Location was awesome could walk everywhere and all the major attractions. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes a really nice area. Bed comfortable nice shower. Constanza was very helpful

Quite basic
We stayed for 3 nights and frankly the room looked much nicer in the pictures than in real life. We did not feel at home despite of the name promise. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room and there was a sign prohibiting eating food in the room... Where else is one supposed to eat? Go out for every single meal? Even to eat a piece of fruit?.. The bathroom was spacious and clean but by some reason once we used our first little piece of soap we didn't get any replacements and so had to get our own. It may seem trivial but all those little things add up or take away from the comfort of your stay. Also the fact that the hotel is not 24-hr staffed makes it harder logistically - everything has to be asked/agreed in advance. So all in all, ok for a basic stay (a private room + a clean bathroom) but I would look for something more comfortable next time to make my stay more enjoyable.

An intimate hotel in the heart of Rome
This is a little more intimate than the full hotel experience, we liaised with the owner before we arrived about our check-in and check-out times and he arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable, including a mini-bar, safe, free wi-fi and air conditioning. The location was fantastic, in walking distance of everything you might want to see in Rome.

Perfect location. You are walking distance to everything! Room was a good size and very comfortable. Was not disturbed at all by the outside noise noted in other reviews. Definitely suggest the airport pickup as it was simple, fast and easy. All in all a great experience.

Great City Location, Feel like a local
A few days before arriving we received a text from Costanza, checking our flight details, and when we would be arriving. I'd already checked out the street on google maps streetview, so I knew what the outside location looked like, and had read other reviews about where to find the buzzer. Check in process was easy, and the room was very clean. Our sheets and towels were changed everyday and the bathroom was spotless, so much so we left a €10 tip on the bed. The room we stayed on is on the second floor and the steps are fairly steep, to get to it, but you won't get a better location to explore Rome for a reasonable price, and is worth the slog. It does feel like you are a local resident rather than a tourist, and the Hotel reflects this, it's more Super Airbnb than Hotel as you would imagine a typical hotel to be. There's no manned 24 hour reception not is there tea or coffee making facilities but there was a minibar if you needed a drink, but we never used it while we stayed there. You get a key to the main door to let yourself into the building and another key to get you into the floor, then a keycard to get into your room, which doubles up as the method to secure power in the room. It was thankfully Air conditioned as it was very hot in Rome. If you expect a hotel lobby bar and room service this isn't your place. If you want somewhere very comfortable to explore Rome then this is for you.

A taste of Rome in your very own room
Loved this place, felt as if we were right amongst it all but had a beautiful new room with everything you could want. 5 mins walk to all the main attractions and the staff were amazing helping us with everything!!! So enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing experience!
We were looking to a hotel close to heart of Rome, and we got it and more! Alessandro was amazing and arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, stayed until we arrived to the hotel, answered every question, sent us emails with suggestions and he was always available. It was the Italian experience that we were expecting: located on a little street, beautiful room with wood beams and a window to the street, and close to everything. Once we learn how to move within the city, we always return walking, since it is at walking distance from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Vatican and more. On the street, there were a mini-market and some restaurants. Also the staff is very friendly. The room was confortable with a king size bed, closet, safe and mini-bar. The bathroom was very modern and with great toiletries. Definitely if I return to Rome, I will be staying at this hotel!!

Location was great! Costanza was extremely accommodating and returned in the evening to let us into our room when the card didn't work. Room was very comfortable. WiFi access was slow but we were there only 1 night so was fine.

Boutique style hotel in the centre of Rome
Excellent location, within easy walk of the main attractions. Comfortable room with a huge bed and enough storage for a long weekend. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars nearby too - though this made it a little noisy at night sometimes. Would definitely recommend for a couple. Alessandro is very helpful too!

I stayed here for 4 days and could not have asked for a better location, room and just general experience. The room was simple but modern and very clean (the cleaning staff are very friendly too!) It felt more like an apartment being given keys to 2 front doors and no reception desk but I loved that all the more! I would definitely stay here longer and will certainly be back! Mooi maison op een prima locatie gelegen. Uitstekende gastvrijheid. Onze kamers waren kort geleden in gebruik genomen, hierdoor ontbraken er wat kleine dingetjes, maar hier wordt direct wat aan gedaan. Verder alleen maar goede ervaringen.
