I love the place, it is like returning to the past and then the door of the second floor opens a modern and neat nice hotel appears. The owners and staff welcome you with a big smile, they offer you a drink... everything is perfect and modern. the European breakfast is great.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Comfortable bed. Close to metro station. Be careful what room you book. We chose a double deluxe and there was nothing deluxe about it. Toilet seat that didn’t fit (see picture) and cracked soap dish. The room was small, had very little light and a wardrobe squeezed in diagonally (which hit the wall every time you opened it). There was one tiny table to put your stuff on and zero shelf space in the shower so everything had to go on the floor. Our room isn’t shown on the website so make sure you confirm that you’re getting one of the rooms pictured. Wouldn’t use the hotel airport service either, our driver arrived 30 mins after our flight landed.

We generally enjoyed the hotel - great location. If they offer a driver to pick you up from the airport, DO NOT accept. The driver was horrible, almost 2 hours late, threw our baggage on the street which got swiped by a car. Hotel would not respond to our feedback. Due to this we would not return.

Everyone at the hotel was great. From the brothers who run the place, to the woman who served breakfast and others on staff they couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. Location is wonderful, hotel is super clean and breakfast is amazing. We highly recommend this charming hotel. There is an elevator.

Location was great, in walking distance to famous places. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Just be ready to use the stairs, has a lift/ elevator but very small, typical European set up. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this place.

It looks old from outside but the inside is renovated and very modern, clean and hi tech (feels like a modern hotel in Vegas inside!). Staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!! We needed to leave early before the breakfast time (7:30 am) they accommodated for that by packing a box breakfast. Beds and linens were very clean and looked like a brand new. We originally booked somewhere else but had to cancel as their AC is broken (it’s 96F every day) and we booked this place last minute. Came to find out the best B and B! The windows are very thick and we couldn’t hear any of noises from the street. Strongly recommended!

I must say the Maison Tritone is one of the nicest places ive stayed at. Staff are beyond helpful and polite. Well happily help out with any question The room we stayed in was called Altare Della Patria and is very spacious and great for travelling with a family. Breakfast is also fantastic. With a wide range of food, from fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats and bacon & eggs Great walkability access to 3 of the must visits in Rome: Spanish Steps - 5mins Trevi Fountain - 10mins Pantheon - 15mins
